We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.

Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.

The location is very difficult to find. The app shows the location as Hilton Hotel, but you have to go into the Hilton Hotel and ask the staff to find it. The funny thing is that there are various car rental companies lined up right across the Hilton Hotel's main entrance. The actual store is located on Mason Street, which is essentially the back door of the Hilton Hotel's garage.

The staff attitude was impatient, rushing us constantly and not giving enough time to review the contract carefully.

Overall, Budget car rental is decent, but some employees intentionally deceive customers into renting more expensive cars to generate higher fees. Chinese customers should take their time to carefully read the contract, and work on improving their listening and reading skills to avoid being scammed by such unscrupulous individuals!
