Pick up was an Utter disgrace. Budget staff in LaGuardia need some supervision.

When picking up the car, I explicitly asked if there were any additional charges, and the front desk clearly responded there were none—just a deposit of over $250. However, after refueling the car and returning it, I was charged $210. The invoice emailed to me included extra charges for insurance, taxes, and an additional driver, which is outright robbery! Currently waiting for communication results between the rental platform and the car rental company.

Excellent service, picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and they gave me a brand-new vehicle.

Stay away from Tacoma Airport! It will be a frustrating experience! Long wait times for paperwork and car pickup. I've never encountered such hassle at an airport in the U.S. It takes at least an hour and a half to get a car! Terrible service.

The staff was very friendly and patient. Exceeded expectations.

I had to wait a little longer because of high demand on the day of rental, but it was well worth it as I got a good car in a very good condition and was very well cleaned up, ready for my vacation road trip.

It was a good value for the money. You guys keep doing what you do and we will continue to use you happily.
