As a whole it was OK and I'd probly cut out the middle man and book direct to save any confusion

The staff was very friendly. My English is not very good, I can understand simple words but get confused with long sentences. He patiently explained everything to me over and over. He said that they need to authorize 1200 euros on my credit card, which I initially didn't understand and got scared because I thought they were asking for an extra 1200 euros. I told him I had already paid for everything, including the most expensive insurance. He explained that the insurance money doesn't go to the company. If there is an issue, they need to charge my credit card first for repairs, and then the insurance company reimburses me. I finally understood after his long explanation.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! Definitely NOT OK rentacars . On arrival had a choice of paying another 280 euros which I would not see back for scratch guarantee or pay 1200 euro deposit which they would the subtract back any costs of any damage. Definitely did not trust this so elected for the flat 280 euros. Nobody came out to check over the car (scratches, damage) before we drove off. Was led to believe that there would be no extra cost. The car provided had an intermittent steering pump failure - tried calling their offices with no reply.

Takes a long time to get the car.

Got totally ripped off by counter guy, charged my card 93.30 Euros for fuel, the Fiat 500 has a tank capacity of 35 litres, I returned the car with 3/4 tank of fuel, would not fall for that trick again, will never use them again and would recommend you don't either!!!
