They kept pushing me to purchase their insurance, asking me to cancel the one I bought domestically, claiming theirs was better and that I could cancel the domestic one for free. Filling out the documents was deliberately slow and inefficient. The car had scratches all over and wasn't clean. The staff's attitude was very poor. They intentionally told me to use gasoline, but when I checked the fuel cap, it specified diesel.

It's okay. The rental company explains the insurance but does not force you to purchase it.

Overall very good. For a first-time car rental in Italy, it is very approachable and easy to handle.

Overall satisfied. Both pickup and drop-off were at the airport, but you need to call in advance to confirm the exact location. If you don't have full insurance, be sure to mark all existing vehicle issues with the staff during pickup; otherwise, there could be major problems during drop-off! I bought full insurance at the airport and assumed the staff had already marked all issues when I picked up the car, but many previous scratches and dents were actually not noted. When returning the car, the staff claimed there were scratches. Luckily, I had full insurance and the initial video, so I wasn't charged extra. Otherwise, I definitely would have been charged!
