“Great after adjustment”

Like: Got to drive a brand new Subaru Legacy which was a surprise. I didn’t know that Dollar had Subarus, so this was a bonus.
Dislike: Upon check in, the staff person tried to charge $10/day extra for my husband to also drive the car. This upsell was unacceptable and something I’ve never experienced at any other car rental place. Good news is, after complaining, the staff member agreed to not charge this extra fee.
