We asked for a 6 seater car. Were first given a 5 seater car and when the customer attended realised there was no way we could all get into it, plus our luggage, she arranged for us to have a Pajero that had just come in. It hadn't been cleaned, but it was spotless anyway. We still had a jam to get into the car! However, we managed and the car went well. Don't know why a 6 seater ordered, turned into a 5 seater!

Overall, the staff had a good attitude, and there was no need to wait in long lines. However, they couldn't explain how to use snow chains when asked.
