Did not have any Van's available upgraded dodge Durango that was returned while waiting did not have time for them to clean. Needed more help van drivers Julio and Concetta friendly overall ok would have preferred airport pickup couldn't beat price. All things considered not bad

Time to pick up car was almost 1.5 hrs worst than I've ever experienced. The lady who assisted was very helpful and courteous. The cars were great condition and priced reasonable. The drop off service was great no wait time.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

The car exceeded my expectations the front desk staff was excellent I would definitely rent again. Did however have to wait 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport when I was told 10 to 15 minutes.
