I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Routes? Who is Routes? They were no shows at the airport and couldn't be reached by phone (and somehow expected me to pay for the booking regardless!). Scam artists

I signed in first but another guy was taken ahead of us....then he had trouble with his Ins. So that was the only thing ....took an extra 20 min.

Like: Route were very professional from the point of picking us up from airport till dropping us off. They didn't try to up sell rather asked if i want an upgrade for free, car was clean and everything worked out well. Will use them again in future.
