Car was fine - customer service- very poor

An excellent company, very punctual and professional. Just bring your driver's license, passport, and a credit card under the same name as the driver's license, fill out a form, and it's done in ten minutes.

They did not provide the same model as we booked, the car is small and not space after put all baggage, the child car seat is dirty and poor. They just said NO car, if we don't like we should ask Easyrentcars.

Lone female picked up late at night in in unmarked car & taken to an industrial estate, then overcharged & given a car I hadn’t booked and told there was nothing else available!

Ripped off company first they want to hold 1500 pounds for 28 days. If I not paid less deposit I need to paid the other 27 pounds. That mean total I need to paid 56 pounds`in total. So why do I need to choosing your company. I hired so many cars this is the worst one I never had before. In your company terms I didn't find any word to said we had hold your deposit for up to a months. If I saw it I won't hired from yours. Also I didn't collect the car from the car rental company I think this is not fair to the customer also I will going to trading and standard report this matter. it is not the money is I feel like a fish.

The insurance wasn't very clear and expensive. Staff were super nice.
