Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

Waited for an hour at the airport for the shuttle, then waited another half hour in line. It took three trips to transport 8 people!

When I arrived at the rental company, I was told that they only have Wranglers and no other Jeep models. I specifically chose the more expensive Grand Cherokee or similar model to have more space for my stuff. If I had known this, why would the website list more expensive Jeep models? I could have just chosen a Wrangler directly. So when I got the Wrangler, I couldn't fit everything, which was very inconvenient.

Your counter service was slow and inefficient. If you don't fix this people will be one and done. Your area is not clean or tidy especially where the cars arw located. Doesn't seem professional

I thought the staff could have talked to me more directly. They seemed to think that I knew more than I really did.
