Awesome

Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

I contacted the car rental company at the airport, and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The rental location is not far from the airport, taking at most 10 minutes by car. The car pickup process was very quick and easy. I will choose Routes again next time.

The car was fine. When we arrived at the airport, the pickup car drove right by us (at the appointed place) without checking to see if anyone was waiting for them. When I called the desk to advise, the lady that answered the phone was rude. At the desk upon arrival to Routes, the gentleman was very helpful, and the woman that checked us in was nice, but overall (other than the main guy) didn't seem to care. When I went back in to check on the blinking oil light on the car, there were 3 people just standing around playing on their phones (the helpful guy was on the phone with a customer), and no one acknowledged us until there were 3 other people in the line as well. Return went a little smoother, and no problems with shuttle back.

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.
