The portal was fine...Advantage is a disaster os a rental company ...but their fees are decent..

The attitude was okay.

Car smelled of smoke and cleaning solvents or mold. Buses don’t run often enough. 25 minute wait is unacceptable

Even though we arrived late at night, and there were not many customers there, we had to wait in line and then at the desk for over an hour. The service was extremely slow, and not explanation was ever given for why it took so long. I would hate think what the experience would have been if it had been crowded. Also, we were surprised -- not in a good way -- that we were given a diesel car. Diesel is more expensive and not available at every gas station. This should be noted as a possibility in the rental process, just like manual transmission or any other unusual feature.
