the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

Long lines at the rental counter. Not enuf counter reps. Unacceptable. Confusion returning vehicle. Poor signage in garage.

The car I received had poor brakes. They were squeaking loudly, and I felt unsafe. When I called to ask about service record on the car to find out when the last time the brakes had been serviced, they couldn't tell me. Very frustrating. I also asked to get a replacement car, and they told me to return to the airport the next day, but they could not guarantee me another car. Also quite frustrating. As it turned out, I did go to the airport and they were able to give me another car, but I lost several hours of an already brief vacation.

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
