Overall satisfied, the car was in great condition! However, the pickup experience was terrible. We waited for 5 hours to get the car, and it wasn't the model we had reserved. We had to drive to another branch to switch vehicles.

Booked a Toyota RAV4, received a vehicle of the same class. Trunk space was spacious enough to fit two large 28-inch suitcases, two small 20-inch suitcases, and still had room for four backpacks. Really impressive! The car was in excellent condition, performed well as a fuel car, and the large touchscreen navigation was very smart. Purchased full insurance for peace of mind. Paid a small deposit at the store with no additional charges.
