Very good, excellent service

The car pickup was quite early and they had to wash the car last minute, which took some extra time. Everything else was fine.

Very bad. They didn't require a tire inspection when picking up the car and tried to sell us scratch insurance, which we declined. Upon return, the inspector claimed there were scratches on the tires and said they would deduct from the deposit card for repairs (basically, they were going to replace the tires). No argument worked; we demanded to confront the staff who handed over the car, but they ignored us.

Nice fast pick up with Kevin, was told all I needed to know n was on my way, drop off with Sam was just as smooth and a nice follow up call the next day from Elaine to check everything was ok, all good
