The car was not cleaned properly (photo evidence available). Staff seemed impatient, and after returning the car one day early (on 3/23), I still haven't received a receipt. Sent an email but got no response (because something was left in the car). I saw many reviews on Xiaohongshu sharing concerns about being accused of damages later and being asked for compensation—this makes me worried. Unlike Budget, no return receipt was issued promptly. Asked on-site about a paper receipt, but they said it would only be electronic.

After driving over 80 miles, I noticed a strange noise from the car. I returned to the pickup point and requested a replacement. The staff quickly provided a note, and I was able to change the car upstairs. Quite satisfied.

The rental staff had a very bad attitude. The car provided was not the one we originally booked, and they didn't explain how to use the in-car e-toll system. We only found out halfway through the trip that we could use it for toll roads. We weren't advised to check the car upon pickup, and there was no inspection result on the form. This led to a dispute when returning the car as they claimed we didn't meet the fuel tank standard and charged us over fifty dollars for refueling. The staff at return also had a poor attitude and kept saying, 'I didn't rent the car to you, someone else did.'

I've been charged twice, despite paying you in full on booking, Avis have also charged me. A case has been raised and you are dealing with it, but it's inconvenience and worry I could do without and has tainted the experience.
