Extremely irresponsible. They did not fulfill their promises after the vehicle broke down and refused to reimburse the high taxi fare for the car replacement.

Very satisfied

The attitude towards Chinese customers is very poor. They greet Western customers with smiles, but when it came to us, they had black faces, with a very perfunctory and impatient attitude. We had booked a Mercedes A-Class, but they gave us a Chevrolet instead, which had an empty tank and couldn't even start! It took more than an hour to resolve our rental issue; they kept delaying!

Not bad, the car is very new.
