Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Was surprised that the vehicle only had "3/8" tank of gas upon pick up, and we were told to return it at the same level.

I recommend Easyrentcars to people I know. The price drop protector is great, and saved me a few dollars on my Orlando trip. The free cancellation is also very nice.

The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.
