Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.
