Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

“Bait and switch”

When we arrived to pick up the car the price was $60.00 more that what EasyRentCars said it would be plus there were more taxes on top of the 60 more dollars I will not trust what I see anymore.

“Never again with easyrentcars”

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.
