Car Hire handled smoothly

After leaving the airport, you need to contact the branch to arrange a shuttle bus for pickup. The branch is located about 1.5 kilometers from the airport. Alternatively, you can wait at the airport pickup point as the shuttle buses operate continuously. Overall, the service was excellent, and they upgraded me to a larger vehicle.

Excellent service

The car had a few electrical issues. It would show hazard lights when going over a bump. Sometimes it would start but not want to go anywhere. When driving in the middle of a lane it would try to pull the car over closer to the line. East Coast have been informed of this. The Haval is has uncomfortable driver seating. The headrest angles in too far and gives the driver a sore neck. Not sure we would rent one again.

Not realising you are overseas, I was charged an extra fee. If I had known that I would have used a different credit card. I am not sure it worked out any cheaper than hiring direct through supplier here in Australia.

Good service attitude, quick pick-up, the car was in great condition, and reasonable prices. Very satisfied.

Although it's a bit far from Adelaide Airport, they send a van to pick you up, and it arrives quickly after a call.
