The car I received exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with it. However the car collection took a very long time. We lost a large part of our day especially because the shuttle bus took an hour to arrive and then made lots of stops before we arrived at Green Motion. There was hardly any fuel in the car so I had to quickly find a gas station to avoid breaking down.

Qeeq were efficient with our booking but the car rental company was not near the airport and the shuttle bus took ages to arrive at Green Motion.

The organisation of getting from airport to the pickup was poor. Time taken to get the car horrendous. The worst car hire experience ever. To say painfully slow is an understatement. Never again no matter how much a bargain they look.

“don't forget NI number and DVLA clearing!”

It took a long time to get all the admin sorted as I was not aware I should have my NI number and DVLA code and clearing done. As I did not know my NI number I had to phone around and finally got this all sorted. It was good that I had taken my passport along as well, because a second ID was needed.

the worst customer service i have ever received. the manager Emon.M wouldn't give me his surname and should not be a manager of any branch of Green motion. He is the most rude and unhelpful person i have ever met
