Pretty good

The car was pretty good.

I had an accident when I was traveling in the UK around 1 a.m. But, they didn't respond, and I had to deal with the situation by myself. So, hope to enhance the midnight emergency service. Except for it, it was perfect.

Some unexpected charges that were not noted at the time of booking for a daily license fee and premium location tax.

Qeeq was great. The booking was smooth, simple and seemed far too easy. Will definitely be looking on the site for any future travel we have planned.

All Europcar staff are very helpful. the “flat tire” light went on on my dashboard. I called the customer service and they immediately directed me to a nearby garage and fix it. I have problem in finding the location to return my car. Called customer service again and they provided excellent guidance and solve my problem. Really like Europcar service. I like my VW Sharan. Very spacious which fit my requirement well. However, I think the car needs some maintenances as the engine has to be manually restarted a couple of times.
