Very satisfied. Initially, they only served Terminal 4, but upon hearing that we needed to go to Terminal 5, they took us there. Much appreciated.

Overall, it was okay, but two things were annoying: 1. London has a congestion charge, but this wasn’t clearly explained when picking up the car. The phone was also unanswered later. Due to the high fines in London, I chose to pay the congestion charge to avoid any potential fines. 2. When the car had a tire issue, their chosen partner was slow to respond.

The car sufficed for my purposes - plenty of room & very economical to run. Staff were very helpful.
