Easy one way rental.

I booked a Budget car, but the pick-up store was inefficient. I waited in line for a long time on the first floor, only to be told that I could go directly to the second floor since all procedures were complete. However, when I got to the second floor, the staff asked me to go back to the first floor to handle it. After some argument, they eventually processed it on the second floor. It seemed like there was no communication between them, or the system notes were unclear. This was a very disappointing experience.

The car pick-up and drop-off process is convenient and efficient. However, there might be an issue with additional insurance charges, but you can cancel it at the store if addressed promptly. It's important to pay attention to the rental contract.
