Good and convenient

We booked a car in August and the confirmation said we could choose from three options, which we understood. However, the car we received was completely different from what was confirmed and was an old model with no USB ports. It was miles away from the model we originally booked! The staff at the counter were not familiar with their duties and kept suggesting we pay extra to upgrade the car. Very dissatisfied, will definitely not choose this company again!

This is my second time renting from this location. The staff are very nice and do not push for extra charges. I was given a Chevrolet Captiva. During the rental period, I needed to extend my rental time and it was quickly arranged with a phone call. The first car needed to be swapped because the rental company was going to auction it, and they arranged a replacement in advance and delivered it to me. The service is excellent.

It is quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I originally wanted to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but twice I got to the last step and it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The response of the self-service machine was also quite slow, and the information required was a lot and mixed. I encountered a female staff at the counter, her attitude was very bad, she seemed to be Mexican. But another African American guy had a good attitude. The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.

Overall we had a very good experience. I have included the time to check the vehicle before leaving in the time spent on pick up. We would use Alamo again.

The whole process worked well.
