Matthew at the counter was very helpful. We made three separate bookings (which was cheaper than making one continuous booking), and instead of bringing the vehicle back after the first booking, he allowed us to keep the car and do the checkout over the phone. Outstanding customer service.

Great customer service on collection and return of the vehicle. Originally rented from Europcar but got refused due to some new rule that a random check has to be done on the driver. Budget were more than accommodating and their customer service makes me want to return

I was nervous but turned out to be easy enough I did wax the car and hoover the car due to making it clean and not have water marks on the car and hoovered due to bits in the car that’s why I gave a good not excellent ( i’m Not complaining just saying) I would hire a car from you again due to been easy
