The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.

They tried to upsell tire damage insurance when picking up the car, and even the local accompanying me advised purchasing it. I declined outright. Returning the car was smooth, and the inspection was very straightforward.
