The staff handling the rental process were excellent and provided thoughtful service. However, the elderly man at the domestic airport reception had a poor attitude and has been complained about. Picking up and returning the car was convenient. It's better to rent from a major company.

Like: Got a 1.4lt turbo Golf automatic. A great little car, solid feel on the road and not bad economy.
Dislike: Nothing. Quite happy with the rental.
