No Chinese service available, they aggressively promoted additional insurance and extra services like fuel exemption returns. During pickup, they did not guide us to the parking spot, inspect the car together, or direct us to the parking lot exit, they just handed over the keys. Worse, I rented a Nissan Xtrail but received a Hyundai Tucson, which are not in the same class. The vehicle length difference is 20 cm, yet the price remained the same, which was very disappointing.

The service from Hertz car rental company is extremely satisfactory. We rented three cars in total, the models were consistent, and the condition of the cars was excellent. Our week-long self-drive trip was comfortable and memorable. The process of picking up and returning the cars at Hertz was convenient, quick, and smooth. The staff were proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive, fully embodying the elements of quality service. Highly recommended!

The rented car had ample power and we were very satisfied. However, when returning the car, the key drop box was movable, and everyone (including us and some foreign renters) was afraid of losing the keys, so we didn't put them in until we went through security. The staff suggested we put the keys in, but they weren't very busy at that time. We called to complain, suggesting that the key drop box should be fixed, as it is in other return locations. This one wasn’t, and we hope for improvement.
