Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.

Very bad experience. I booked a Mercedes C but was not informed of any alternatives when picking up the car. I ended up with a Kia at the parking lot. In Australia and New Zealand, there were always alternatives or even upgrades. The difference this time is too great. I won't book with Zuzuche again. Beware everyone. Also, I just received the bill and was charged £51 unfairly (even though the car was checked for damages upon return and I was told the deposit would be refunded within a week).
