As always, a very good service at Europcar. The only detail: this time the car was scratched on a lot of places, but that did not interfere with the vehicle's conditions so everything went smooth :-)

no price drop: I guess we had a very interesting rate because when I checked again 2 weeks, 1 week and a few days prior to our car rental, prices did only go up (and quite a lot)

The car rental company was overall acceptable. However, when returning the car, the staff specifically checked the underside of the car by hand and claimed there was a scratch, charging 70 euros for it. That area is typically not inspected during pickup, so it was hard to explain the reason. It felt like an unavoidable situation. Fortunately, I applied for insurance reimbursement, and QEEQ assisted promptly in handling it.

The small POLO was quite new; the car I got had only 6000 kilometers on it and was well maintained. Drove 2300 kilometers in 5 days without any issues. The only problem was it took me a long time to find the return location in Barcelona.
