Self-service machine for car pick-up, multiple languages available, no hard selling!

Overall, it was pretty good. Initially, I was given a Santa Fe when picking up the car. I requested a different car and they handed me two Dodge keys, which I declined as it should have been a Kuwei. Just when I was about to take the Santa Fe, a staff member brought back a freshly washed Grand Cherokee. I took it without hesitation and had a great ride. The staff was not impatient at all. Thumbs up!

The initial process was good. However, after returning the car, there was an additional charge without any notification or written explanation. Directly charging the credit card like this is very unsafe. I suggest improving this.

Dislike: service was good !!

Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes.
Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
