Like: We drove to a lot of places and it was a very good trip. Almost 2000 miles and a good thing about the car was no mileage charges. Overall very satisfied
Dislike: When we signed up for rental should have asked more specific questions like what model car and what the customers needed scheme as low mileage big spece etc., only after we came to pick up the car questions were asked

Picked up the car at Washington Dulles Airport. In general, it was quite convenient, but it's a bit different from other places. Here, the rental companies use their own branded vans to take customers to their specific locations. It's not a central rental point. Once you arrive, you handle the paperwork.

Overall satisfied but with some areas needing improvement. When returning the car, I couldn't find a gas station and was fined. The cashier's attitude was slightly poor when paying in cash.

Clearly selected a mid-to-large SUV on the website (more expensive) but was given the option of a compact city SUV (listed at a lower price) upon arrival in the US. The time spent waiting for and choosing the car was included in the rental period. Despite this, I managed to choose a newer car (with lower mileage), but ended up paying extra for a higher-grade vehicle and wasted 40 minutes waiting for it.
