Rented the car early in the morning. There were three groups at the office but no waiting was necessary, the process was very smooth. Original driver's license and its translation are sufficient. A kind and patient elderly gentleman assisted us, and the entire process from rental to picking up the car took less than 20 minutes. Very efficient!

Drove for half a month, the car was dirty and I was very concerned. Couldn't find a place to wash it, but returning the car was no problem at all. Took only five minutes to return it, awesome!

The car booked was a Hyundai Elantra (Intermediate). What I got was a Hyundai Kona, which had a small boot. We could fit our luggage in, but only after removing the hatch lid and putting some luggage in the back seat. Almost had to go back and ask for a larger vehicle.
