Car wasn't thoroughly cleaned still sand on floor and seats. Rest was good. Gor to dealership and was told that it was not open on the Monday we were to bring back the car so we were forced to pay an additional day. Very frustrating.

terrible. First car not drivable. Delay cost us half day of vacation and we missed an appointment with friends. Second car not adequate. Third car was a diesel, not desired nor requested. Fourth car was acceptable.
