Best car rental ever

Great service, convenient pickup, friendly staff, deposit returned on the same day.

The service was okay. However, they required a €3000 pre-authorization without full insurance. A bit too much.

The service staff at AVIS in France were very enthusiastic. They loaned me a brand-new Mercedes. The Mercedes there performs better than the same class in China because it uses diesel, which is available at all French gas stations. The return location is at the airport. Renting and returning at different locations costs the same.

I rented a white automatic GOLF, the car was in excellent condition, almost new, and no deposit was required, just a tank of gas. When I picked it up, the odometer showed only 237 kilometers. The staff told me I was lucky. Returning the car was very convenient; since it was after 11 PM, there was no staff, so I parked the car in the AVIS parking lot and left the keys in the box. The only regret was that I had to search for the parking lot entrance for 2 hours since it was so late.
