Good value - free upgrade

Just like last time in Tasmania, the actual car pickup was delayed too much and the front desk's response was simply to wait.

Overall satisfaction

It was good. Positive experience. Though I did receive a call to say I'd caused a window chip but this had been brought to my attention before I even saw the car. I did inform the staff it was in the condition report but it was stressful to receive a call without them checking their own report first. Otherwise it was not noteworthy.

Very easy and helped in a tough situation!

Everything else was great. The staff at the rental counter were very helpful and patient. However, the male employee inspecting the car upon return had a poor attitude.

Good, the paperwork was handled quite quickly and the staff were really nice.
