Everything was fine but the counter staff at pickup was quite rude, acted annoyed at questions.

It has been an excellent experience. Well above the expectations. My wife and I were both very pleased with the car. Our children loved it.

Penalty for the gas (half tank instead of 3/4) was very high

Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Staff is polite and respectful. Although, I could see that the staff was buzy, they kept a smile. They worked as a team. Good job on the staff
