Like: Europcar will be always my first option as I will be my first option always. I'm quite familiar with their requirements, procedures and they always offer better deals and great service.
Dislike: The staff members are always very nice and friendly at Europcar Artamon. However, this time the guy in the reception was a pretty amateur. It took me a long time for me to pick the car up. I had to provide all my information again despite of my online prebooking was done weeks before. I am also a privileged member of Europ Car and they always have my information available in their system. This guy even asked my passport run back at the office to make a copy (??) did not get why as my driven licence was provided. Quite uncommon if you're not from overseas. The procedures this time was very uncommon and that's why I will not give 100% satisfaction.

“Good but difficult”

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund. And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

“great car, Easyrent price was great (but not Europcar that charged $89 for one day!)”

Europcar experience was poor to average - the car was great but at pick up it took around 30 minutes per pick up at the service desk - there were three pick ups. Too long since we all had online bookings. And there is nowhere to sit while waiting and waiting. I had reason to call the 1300 Europcar number during the rental to extend the rental and it failed so badly on every count. She kept me on the phone for a long time and then said she couldn't confirm the extension nor how much it would cost but I would get an email to confirm, the email never arrived. Fortunately I managed to find the local number and they were helpful.
