Generally good experience with Alamo

Too many sales pitches, constantly pushing insurance.

Picking up and dropping off the car were both very easy. If the gas tank isn't full upon return, you can pay a little extra cash on the spot.

The service is efficient and responsible. The vehicle is very new and we are satisfied.

The service is quite standard and the attitude is friendly.

There was no line when picking up the car, it was very quick. The staff member was a friendly Black man. There was no hard-sell during the process, just pick up your car with your card. The person handing over the car was a very nice White girl who upgraded the car for free, and she was very patient with the three car changes. Overall, I have a good impression of the ALAMO branch in Toronto.
