You have to pack your patience as they are very understaffed. The staff we felt with were good but there seemed to be a few disgruntled customers around us.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,
