Like: The service and helpfulness of all the staff at the local counter at San Javier Airport, Spain
Dislike: The error made by Europcar HQ, Madrid of taking the car payment(s) out of the wrong card account. Rang them and emailed them to no avail. In the end it was the very helpful staff at the local office at San Javier Airport office that sorted the situation for us. Cannot praise them enough.
