Very satisfied.

Poor service, the counter staff were impolite, and it was difficult to contact the car rental company even through the platform.

We waited at the airport for the shuttle to take us to the pickup location, and the whole process of waiting and getting the car took over an hour. The car they gave me was two tiers lower than what I booked, but they charged the same. Due to the remote location of the pickup point, there were no other rental companies nearby, so it was impossible to cancel and switch to another company, not to mention wasting over an hour. It felt like a scam! Worst of all, the company's staff were extremely lazy and didn't fill the tank. I had to return the car with three-quarters of a tank. If I filled more, I lost money. If I filled less, they charged me extra. Basically, the customer loses out!

Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!

The car was excellent, however, the inside of the windscreen was dirty. This made driving I'm bright sunlight very difficult Also, the windscreen washer fluid did not contain de-icer/detergent and so immediately froze when sprayed onto the windscreen.
