received car with failed battery, drive to the middle of desert and battery ran flat after turning of for 2 minutes. spent 24 hours trying to sort out the battery and get a replacement car but it never arrived. Will not risk my life renting from them ever again and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do so

I had rented a small car, i wanted to upgrade, as i didnt expect such a small unstable car, Europcar chargred me too much... (300 AED in 10 days) comparing other compaines this to much for such upgrade ( i had upgraded to Toyota Yaris) Other point, I asked over the phone about the extra insurance, i asked if the insurenace other aspects such as theft wavier, windows, PAI....atc (same items with the easy rent car insurnace), and nit only the CDW they told me yes over the phone, even you charge 30 AED per day vs 20 AED from easy rent car i choosed to go with you, but when i purshazed my insurance they told me it only covers the CDW, so i paid more i took less...
