受付カウンターは3〜4人並んでいましたが、Hertsにメンバー登録していたので(空いている)Herts専用カウンターで手続きを。車種は予約時と同じでした。 受付の方も親切に説明をしてくれました。

初めて利用しましたが、スムースに手続きが進められ、空港では“トラブルなく“ 車を受け取る事が。

ホノルル空港に朝9時に着いてレンタカーを借りに行き借り終えた時は、昼2時。 時間を有効に活用しようと国内で支払いなど全て完了してるのにHertzのレンタカーを借りて無駄だった！ 他のレンタカー会社はスムーズに行ってたようです。 Hertzだけ、大行列でお客さんが並んでるのに店員が1人で対応して慌てる様子もなくダラダラ対応。

The experience was, generally, pretty pleasant. The counter staff were polite, although they pushed unnecessary extras too much for my liking, like additional insurance and bigger car. Having said that, the counter staff did say, "Go and look at the car and if you want to come back and upgrade, great", which was appreciated. The car (Nissan Altima) was OK. It was big enough and comfortable enough for our needs. It was reasonably economical and had no reliability issues. The drop off could not have been easier (except maybe for trying to find a petrol/gas station nearby!). It was, possibly, the easiest and slickest drop off I have experienced, which really helped reduce pre-flight home stress.

The process was very simple. The prices were reasonable. Documentation was easy to download and print, which really helps when planning a trip.

Counter staff seemed nice but then had to go back in for her to redo it all as she hadn’t processed the card!

Wasn’t impressed we had to pay for second driver. Made a good quote expensive.
