Dislike: Pick up was scheduled at 6. And I arrived 558 and it was closed Had to pay an extra 20 dlls of uber to get to Los Angeles airport and pickup. Over 40 min to get the car

“Seamless car rental experience.”

Long queue on arrival at Hertz counters. Only 4 position open of 13 available. Had to then endure a hard up-sell to more expensive vehicles (up to $100 per day extra). Twice had to have the rental contract changed to get back to the Rogue that had been ordered.

Had not used QEEQ.COM before but everything worked well and would use again. Certainly cheaper than going to Hertz direct. In future, please remind us that you want photos of the counter and road trip. I didn’t take any this time.
