Car rental was really quick, swipe the deposit, sign a few names, provide a phone number, then you get the car outside ---- the parking lot is just outside the door, note the scratches when picking up the car, inform them of full fuel on return, sign another name and drive away. Return was also very quick. Overall, a very good experience.

Very satisfied. Thai company is really good; the staff are friendly and don't push additional sales like many other rental companies. Particularly the Thai girl who accompanied us to pick up the car, she was very enthusiastic, marked all the scratches on the car in detail, and showed no signs of impatience. She also proactively introduced the car's condition. Very touching. I rented a Mitsubishi Pajero, and they gave me the same model. The car was in good condition with over 30,000 kilometers. The customer service staff for both pickup and return were very polite. They neither aggressively sold extras nor unjustly withheld the deposit, unlike another rental company, Hertz, in Phuket, which is famous but offers average service. I will definitely continue to rent from Thai company when I visit Thailand again in the future.

The location is easy to find, between gates 7 and 8. There weren't many people, and after providing the necessary documents, I could pick up the car. It's important to check the car carefully before taking it. We drove to Hua Hin, a round trip of over 700 kilometers, and used 1300 baht worth of diesel. Very convenient, will use again.

The car inspection was quite thorough. When returning the car, they even checked if the floor mats were missing, which was the first time I encountered such a situation. They asked why there was only a front floor mat and none in the back... how would I know? When I picked up the car, they didn't confirm if all the mats were there. Who would remove the car mats anyway? Maybe there weren't any rear mats when I picked up the car.

The rental company provided a brand new white TOYOTA YARIS, with the odometer showing only 28KM! It had never been used before, such treatment is rare for me! The vehicle's performance was also great! When I returned the car, I cleaned it and handed it back to the rental company. The only downside was finding the return location, which took over 3 hours. In the end, I had to take a taxi, which got lost three times before finding the place! The process was very easy!

Thai company is a local car rental company in Thailand. I chose them initially for their competitive prices and because they are local, which I thought would be helpful in case any issues arose. It turns out the process of picking up and returning the car was quite smooth and less complicated than I imagined.
