Overall good, but some staff members have a rather poor attitude and can easily mess up pre-confirmed emails.

Thai company is a local car rental company in Thailand. I chose them initially for their competitive prices and because they are local, which I thought would be helpful in case any issues arose. It turns out the process of picking up and returning the car was quite smooth and less complicated than I imagined. They didn't inspect too much during the return, just checked the fuel gauge, which was nice and easygoing.

The reception desk was easy to find, and the staff appeared promptly. We arrived a bit early, and since it was midnight, there was no one to assist us initially. However, right at 12:30, someone came to help us. Overall, the efficiency was acceptable.

Very satisfied. Thai company is really good; the staff are friendly and don't push additional sales like many other rental companies. Particularly the Thai girl who accompanied us to pick up the car, she was very enthusiastic, marked all the scratches on the car in detail, and showed no signs of impatience. She also proactively introduced the car's condition. Very touching. I rented a Mitsubishi Pajero, and they gave me the same model. The car was in good condition with over 30,000 kilometers. The customer service staff for both pickup and return were very polite. They neither aggressively sold extras nor unjustly withheld the deposit, unlike another rental company, Hertz, in Phuket, which is famous but offers average service. I will definitely continue to rent from Thai company when I visit Thailand again in the future.
