The overall service from this company is extremely poor, and all the staff have a bad attitude. The car I rented was very old, with over 140,000 kilometers on the odometer. The interior was very noisy, and the braking system had issues.

The staff is limited and quite local, but it's not a problem for those with car rental experience.

This car rental store is fairly average compared to other car rental companies I've used in Thailand. The service attitude is just so-so. They didn't even provide a return guide map. If I hadn't rented from a nearby location before and known to drive specifically to the designated area on the arrivals level for car returns, I would have had no idea where to go if this were my first time renting from them.

The local car rental company is great. The car was clean, in good condition, and very comfortable to use. Procedures were handled on the arrival level (second floor), and both pick-up and drop-off were at the same location on the first floor, with the same person assisting. The young man was very polite. During use, the side mirror got scratched a bit, and I informed the company. Although there wasn’t a visible mark, I was prepared to pay if they requested compensation. However, the young man checked and said it was fine, which was great. I couldn’t find a car wash, so I asked him for a recommendation, but he said it wasn’t necessary, which made me really happy. Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, and I strongly recommend this car rental company!

Overall satisfied, but this time I rented a car with 200,000 kilometers mileage. When the speed exceeds 110 km/h, the steering wheel starts to shake. Driving is affected by Thailand's generally high-speed traffic.
