The overall service from this company is extremely poor, and all the staff have a bad attitude. The car I rented was very old, with over 140,000 kilometers on the odometer. The interior was very noisy, and the braking system had issues.

The pickup waiting time was too long. Shouldn't everything be prepared in advance? The car was very old, having been driven over hundreds of thousands of kilometers. It didn't have CarPlay or a phone mount, making navigation very inconvenient.
