Not bad

Waited for over an hour to pick up the car, but it was mainly because my flight was changed unexpectedly when boarding in Koh Samui. I arrived earlier than scheduled, but they told me at the counter that there were no cars available. I accepted it and waited for over an hour, which was past my scheduled pick-up time, and still no car. Finally, they offered a smaller car, from a sedan to a compact... The fuel tank wasn’t full either. I was given a car with 9 bars of fuel, refilled to 9 bars, but used more fuel due to a detour. I returned it with slightly over 8 bars and was charged an additional 320 THB. If the tank had been full initially, this wouldn't have happened. Not very satisfied. The car was in poor condition, over 10 visible damages, took a long time to inspect. High mileage, it's cheap but not recommended.

The pickup and return process was very convenient and quick. Great experience.

Like: Got a free upgrade to a bigger car but it was an older model with high mileage
Dislike: Car had high milage and medocre condition overall
