I got an upgrade for An Altima just because I had to wait extra 15 mins. The counter guys were so nice

The car itself was not clean. It has dirt inside over the seats, the carpets were also dirty and so on. From the outside it was possible to observe mud rests over the body, it seem as it was cleaned really fast without taking care of the cleanning itself.
