I am very satisfied. I rented the car during a peak period and waited for about half an hour. Returning the car was especially fast, took only 10 minutes. The rental car was very new. I had no accidents, violations, or car damage. The deposit was settled the day after I returned the car, with 73.5 dirhams (20.01 USD) deducted for toll fees.
The staff at this store does not consider customer needs at all. For the second renewal, I still had to go to the location in person. Moreover, they are very unprofessional. I booked again, but they refused to change the car. They also charged additional fees. Most of the vehicles are old models without screens. Please think carefully before renting.
Extremely dissatisfied. The car model I booked was unavailable when I arrived, and they gave me a fake four-wheel drive instead of the real one I reserved.
They also aggressively pushed for additional insurance during the rental process, claiming that if I didn't buy it, I would need to pay a higher deposit.
Standard service. They provided a new car with just over 1,000 kilometers. The vehicle was in excellent condition. There was a parking fee charged, and the deposit will be refunded after 21 days. The car inspection was thorough. Considering the complex driving conditions in the UAE, it's recommended to purchase full insurance. Crossing the border into Oman was hassle-free. Picking up the car took about 30 minutes, while returning it took only 10 minutes.
The store is right outside the airport. Once the documents are photocopied, you can proceed to Parking Lot A to pick up the car. The staff handing over the keys, a Pakistani gentleman, was very friendly. The car was clean, and driving in Dubai was both economical and a great experience.
The renter's bank card had expired, and they used a colleague's credit card to pay the deposit. The rental company forcibly required them to purchase additional insurance, otherwise they were not allowed to pick up the car.
