I'd booked a rav4 6 weeks before arrival. It was not the car I pre booked. The young man on the counter was useless. Sent me to another collection point 30mons drive away where I was told I could swap for the car I booked The agent on the desk was even more rude and unhelpful than the first guy.
Summary ... make sure you get written confirmation with regards your order before arrival.
